Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
If I went with my sister to purchase a car and after my credit was ran I felt I did not want to continue but the dealer sold my sister a car without me being there, is the identify theft?

If you signed the contract, nothing else matters. You're bound.
If you didn't sign anything, and your sister and the dealer forged your name, that is a crime, and you should swear out a warrant and get them both thrown into prison.

You have not included enough facts. If the dealer was persuaded to sell a vehicle that could not be sold without you providing your info, then there will be reprecussions in the near future. Good luck
