Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

I am in a situation to were I am on probation for a misdemeanor pot charge and I recently failed a drug screen. And not only that I also got another charge in a different county. And it's doesn't look all that great for me. I stopped going to my probation. Well the police came to my house to arrest me and I have to turn myself in. I have a job and I know j have a problem. If i am willing to go into drug Court will it help me stay out of jail?? I really need help to keep me out of jail. Please help me

You have tried very hard to put yourself in jail. That may or may not be avoidable. You would improve your chances by getting an attiorney - YESTERDAY (not soon!) and getting into a serious drug rehab program and working at it.
