Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
hi, someone's using my CC i know the person who is making purchases using my US issued credit card but the problem is he is in a South American country, is there any sort of penalties that he can receive although he is in another country??

Possible - yes. Likely - not unless he comes back to the US. You need to report it to the card issuer and the police immediately, if you have not already. If you do not, the card issuer will presume the charges are either yours or made with your consent.
