Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
my son agreed to answer questions from law enforcement about someone arrested for meth. he did so and they recorded it audio&video. afterwards they came in with a warrent for his arrest for possession though they have no drugs as evidence. He is on probation so he is in jail with 5000.00 bond but probation hold. they questioned him without council,arrest or his maranda rights. what should I do?
