Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
my son has to do anger management classes due to a fight with his brother to satisfy his probation. His probation doesn't call for any drug tests but at the class they want him to do one. Should he do the test if he isn't sure he will pass.

Should he do the test? Do you think that it is a suggestion or an invitation he can refuse. He either does the test, or he goes to jail for failing to follow the orders of probation. Simple

Tell your son to stay clean and take the test as required under his "general probation conditions."
