Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
my son was arrested and charged with battery FVA against my long time boyfriend. We have lived together for 20yrs, but are not legally married. My son (not my boyfriends) has not lived in our home for 2yrs. Is the FVA charge still valid, or is there a possible "loophole"?
