Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My son was arrested for a failure to appear warrant. The arrest happened during a drug raid at the residence where he stays. He was taken to jail solely on the warrant but was then informed by a police officer that if he didn't turn someone that sells drugs in to them they would come back and charge him with a gun and two pipes that were found in his room. Is this legal?

Is what legal? What the officer supposedly said to him, or your believing whatever he tells you?
