My son was arrested on 3 felony burglary charges he is 20 years old can he use his first offenders?

First, the judge will decide IF your son is sentenced as a first offender. Your son does not make that decision. Second, 1st offender does not keep your son out of prison. First offender is an opportunity to not have a conviciton on your record. So, he can be sentenced to prison and then get out and honestly write on an application that he has never been convicted of a felony.
