Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My son has been convicted of Child Molestation. Can his year out on bond before his trial be used toward time served? If so what do we need to do?

Can his year free be treated as if he was incarcerated, is that yoru question? The answer is....no. Why? Because he was not incarcerated.
