Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My son got in an fight with his sister, he was very verbal and when he saw the poilice he ran, then stoped and came back to the police officer. They charged him with obstruction of an officer and simple battery (family violence. What is the best defense I can hope to obtain or can I get the charges dropped. he is a first time offender with no record. his temper go the best of him. What can I do?
