my son pled guilty to his crime but the judge took away boot camp is there any he could get mitigation

Your question doesn't make sense, unless your son was offerred boot camp by the prosecutor, and had to think about for so long (because he was either claiming he was innocent, or thought that it was too much time, as if he could dictate his own sentence) that the judge thought your son was no longer deserving of boot camp. Or your son was offerred boot camp, and then acted a fool in court, and the judge reconsidered boot camp, and took it away. Either way, the judge has the final word.
