Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My son was on probation for meth possession and got arrested for burglary. The judge revoked all of the probation he had left (almost 4 yrs.) and sentenced him to 4 yrs. How much of a Ga. state 4 yr. sentence will have to be served before he can be released?
