Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

my son is on probation until september. in september when he gets off this one a new one starts for a year. he failed a drug screen and they are going to jail him and revoce his probation. Will that be just till this one ends in september or will it be for the one he is waiting on to start as well?

With just the limited info you have provided, I suspect that his probation that has not begun will also be revoked (an anticipatory revocation), because he has proven that he is nto a good candidate for probation. See other suggestions: www.lawrencelewispc.com Good luck.

No one here will know because we did not attend the hearing. Your son's attorney does know, and he should ask him if is unclear. The likely answer is both get revoked.
