Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
How can my son recant a plea bargain and guilty plea after being lied to by DA?

Being outlawyered, or even lied to, is rarely going to be grounds for getting out of a plea (getting passed the fact that it might be a horrible idea anyway). People charged with crimes need a lawyer, and the DA is not there to protect the people who are charged. If people choose to proceed without one, they take the risk. If this issue was at all important, it should be asked to a good criminal lawyer.
He needs to retain the right attorney, and withdraw the plea. See website: http://www.lawrencelewispc.com/pages.php?go=pinfo&PID=38
Good luck
File motion to withdraw if within same term of court or, file habeas
Need a great criminal attorney for both
