My son which is 14 stole a fit bit,from a store. He was peer pressured into it. Never has been in trouble before.The value is under a hundred dallars.What is the worst that punishment he can receive.

While a lesser penalty is possible he could be removed from the home and incarcerated in juvenile detention. Your lawyer, and on is needed, likely will work out something better.
