Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Speeding over 24 mph if under 21 years
I was wondering if a person under the age of 21 was caught speeding over 24 mph of the posted speed limit, will his or her license be suspended if he or she turns 21 years old while awaiting trial?

Re: Speeding over 24 mph if under 21 years
Yes, your license will be revoked because at the time of the incident you were under 21. You MAY be able to get your ticket reduced. Please contact us so that we can discuss this in more detail. We look forward to hearing from you.
