stalking and aggavation
if a person was charge with stalking and aggavation in a domestic voilance case. And the person who made the charge ask the DA to drop the charge. After realizing this was wrong, What can the person charged do to get this case ddismissed

If the DA has a victim who refuses to prosecute, they more than likely will dismiss the charges, either straight-up or after counseling and community service.
