Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

First off let me start by saying, i wasnt sure which too choose so i chose criminal law, but onto my question..

Me and 2 friends of mine were walking back to my uncles house drunk, and this lady started screaming for help (her boy friend was beating her) so we stopped to help, we got her boy friend to leave and the aldy asked us to wait there with her untill her sister got there. while we were waiting the cops showed up and said "heres what im going to do, im going to give yall a Breathalyzer test" he did not give us the option he said we HAVE to take it, so we all took it and needles to say failed, so we went to court. my 2 friends got lawyers and got there case thrown out of court, i being the poor kid i am did not get a lawyer, so i got 3 months probation and drug and alcohol classes. on my 3rd PO meeting she drug tested me and i failed, now im going back to court for it, im wondering if i get a lawyer whats the chances i can get my case thrown out of court too? i realize this is a slim chance, but im paying my fine (100$) before i go to court, i cant take the classes because they are to backed up for me to take the TB/RPR test so i cant start the classes. i quit smoking weed the day i failed the test (i know that was a little late to realize my mistake) and if you all dont think i can get it thrown out, what do you think i will receive as my punishment?

You made one life-changing and huge mistake in not getting a lawyer and a second bad decision in failing a drug test. Unless you want to make a third mistake, get yourself in rehab and get a lawyer - today.
