Statchtatory rape
I use to be in defax custody and they pressed charges on an ex of mine for stachatiry rape cause i was 15 and he was 26 it went to court and he plead guilty and got 5 years probation i was trying to get the charges dropped before his hearing but the da would call me back is there anything i can do now

No. It is up to the DA, not the victim, to pursue criminal charges.
