Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
How does an state inmate take on the state if state employees were involved in the commission of a major felony in which he was seriously injured? His warden has told him that there will be no investigation?
My old friend is housed at the hospital in Augusta. He cannot feel his left leg. His mouth has been pieced back together. On the night of the assault, the officer on duty allowed four inmates to pass through three secured doors to commit the assault.
