my brother was recently arrested for a car accident that resulted in serious injurys this was over two years ago it happened on 6/15/05 and he was charged on6/19/07 and arresseted on 6/21/07 He was arrested in Chattooga county ga and the charges are in walker county ga the charge is Serious injury by motor vehicle (ocga 40-6-394) what I was wondering if the statutes of limiations were done passed

The statute of limitations in Georgia for serious injury by motor vehicle is 4 years. In your brother's case, the charges are timely brought.
