Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Is there a statute of limitations for a misdomeaor warrant for failure to appear? Is there anyway of going around being arrested??

The obvious - contact a lawyer to resolve it. Otherwise, wait for the next traffic stop or visit to your house by the police who have come to arrest you.
