Statute of Limitations
A warrant for my arrest issued for me in April on a crime that is aledged to happened 2 years ago. It is Theft By Taking, what is the Statute of Limitations in GA for this crime and would it apply to my case?

Without looking up the specifics, I can tell you that the statute of limitations for the crime of theft by taking is more than two years.
