If someone is serving a six year sentence in Georgia for Statutory Rape and they have been a model inmate for four years, is there any way the person would be eligible for early parole?

Re: Statutory Rape
It is my opinion that such a person could be eligible for early parole, but I would need further information regarding the age of the victim and your age at the time of the commision of the crime.
If you would like to discuss this matter further, have someone, who knows all the detail, contact my office to arrange for a visitation.
