Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I have a step-son he hits his 4 year old sister, I thumped him in the head, his mother's wants to press charges, the police came out made a report and left what will happen now?

Frankly it you hit a child in the head, you belong in jail. Get a good criminal lawyer (we do not handle child abuse cases) as you may need it. And please attend some anger management classes. You need them.
