Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Stolen i-pod,
Our daughters I-POD was stolen out of her purse. This happened at school and the young man who stole it has been charged and suspended from school after several witnesses testified at a school panel hearing. We would like restitution for the i-pod.
