Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
If someone has stolen prop. from me and pawn it and sign the pawn ticket but also took somone else into the pawn shop with them and I have the employees and their veido of both people on it can I prosecute both?

You don't prosecute anyone. If you report it to the police, they and the DA decide who to prosecute.

You can sue them both civilly, but as Mr. Riddle stated you can't prosecute anyone.
