I have been subpoenaed by the state of Georgia. Do you have to testify against your family or can you plead the fifth? Please let me know

You can only plead the 5th if you would incriminate YOURSELF and if you are granted immunity then you can't plead it at all. It has nothing to do with testimony against your family. With the exception of some testimont versus a spouse, you can be made to testify against family, and if you refuse you can expect to go to jail for contempt. Discuss this with the lawyer you should have already hired.
