Can you sue the a company if an employee forges your name to a document?

Yes. You must first prove which employee forged your signature, and explain why the employee would forge your signature (probably not for his own gain). More importantly, which lawyer will you hire to file the lawsuit. Few civil attorneys will take the case on retainer, and criminal attorneys require their money upfront.
