Worst case scenario is you go to jail and/or pay significant fines, and depending on the charges might lose a driver's license. Best case is avoiding jail and having better outcomes (likely a fine). You badly need a lawyer, and also need to stop posting confessions to a crime on the public internet where police and prosecutors can read it (this is the internet) and potentially make things worse.
