text message questions
when there is a supeona for text messages in a criminal case, do all text messages get released or just the test messages involving the two people in the criminal case

This depends on what the subpeona is asking for. If the police ask for your entire phone number activity, then the company is required to release that information. The police/district attorney will then review what they feel is relevent and use what they need to proceed with prosecution.
