Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Hi there,
A man is shot in Georgia and is then taken to Florida to a hospital where he dies. Who has jurisdiction over the murder case? I would assume Georgia as that is where the shooting took place, but I can't find precedents.

sounds like a law school exam question - ask yourself, where did crime take place (surely it is not a crime to die in Florida after being shot in Georgia)
