Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
First Time Offender Status
Someone has 2 felony counts pending one being R.I.C.O.(racketeer influenced/corrupt organizations) the other being 'use of communication facility to commit felony'.This is his first felony charge. My question is should he be eligible for 1st time offender status? He has been noted that he is known as a lower level player. Past cases that are similar has 1st time offender been allowed?
