Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I was told by a defendet that's being charged with possession of meth with intent, that i was named in his "motion of discovery" package, as a ci that told on him. I wasn't. I didn't tell on anybody. If I was really named as ci, and I'm not, can I sue the state, the county? What can I do about it?

(1) You can STOP posting details here on the internet, as you just did, where the police, FBI and prosecutors can all read what you just said and use it against you (between your zip code and the level of detail, they know who you are), and (2) you can get a lawyer as you may be headed to prison.
