Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
well what i was tring to say there was a indictment against my brother i have a copy before he was sentenced the day he was sentenced an neither of the two were signed by him or da or court official however 1month later i go to clerk of court get a copy of everything in his file an theres the same indictement only this time signed by all three, however it has the stamped date of 1 yr ago......
