Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Could I be in trouble
If I let someone use my car and they were going to use it for something illegal and then they didn't give the car back to me and I reported it stolen, Can I get in trouble? They were going to buy drugs and they never brought the car back. I reported it stolen and the police found the car and arrested the guy who took it. In my report to the police I didn't tell them that i let the guy borrow it, but that it was gone from where it was supposed to be. Can you offer me some insite?
