Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I got in trouble for picking up a passenger while operating a vehicle for hire at the Atlanta airport and picking up a passenger without airport decal and received a city of Atlanta arrest citation. Does this mean I was actually arrested? Will this be on my permanent record? What fines should I expect to pay after going to court? Any advice is welcomed. Thank you :)

Were handcuffs placed on you? Then you were not arrested. You need to retain an attorney, because you have no idea of what is going on. See website for info on retaining the right attorney: http://www.lawrencelewispc.com/pages.php?go=pinfo&PID=38
Good luck
