If before u got in parole u went to jail but the court date wasn't until now while on parole is that a violating of ur parole

No. To violate parole, you must have committed the new offense while already on parole; the fact that the court date for an offense that was committed prior to going on parole is scheduled after you are on parole makes no difference.
