Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

Unjustly held in jail because of a corrupt county.

my brother Hilliard williams is being held in chattooga county jail with no bond he has no criminal history at all on april 15th while inside of ingles grocery store with his 21yr daughter and her sister in law who at no time was out of sight of each other with no evidence to support there claims because the child in question and parents are personal friends to the superior court judge who denied bond and the investigators only showed this child one picture of my brother and no one else after once telling them he did not know what the person looked like finaly said yes this was him he was to have been harmed inside of the restroom which he never went into and the police never dusted for prints or took the child to a dr.my brother is a mechenic and was dirty from working eairler on a car is now being held without bond for child molistation and 4 similar charges with 2 wittness that says he was never out of their sight because of the friend ship between the childs parents his innocence meands nothing it took more than three months to get him a hearing at which time
