Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

in an situation where i was stopped by police, searched, supposeably drugs found, i was then hit by 18 wheeler while in handcuffs and shackle, hospitalized released home and have no idea what is going on and no memory of what happen or what to do about situation if i have been arrested why havent i heard anything and why am i responsible for towing charges for my car and medical bills

If you were never taken to jail, then there is likely no evidence of your arrest. However, this is not a guarantee that you do not have an open criminal case or that you do not have a good civil claim against the police department.
