Valid?
Ive been charged with adultry by my male friends wife. is this a valid charge. if so what can I do?

Firstly, only the district attorney's office can officially charge you with a crime. Adultery, which is rarely enforced, is only a crime if the person is married. So, if you are not married, you did not commit adultery.
