Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Verbal assault from a co-worker, she came into my work space close enough to where or shoulders touched, she walked past me came back and visibly pushed my arm then hit me with closed fist in the face. I lost my job. Manager says I initiated. Who is at fault?

How would we know? We were not there. The manager likely has much more information than we have, including the other person's version story.
