If I'm a victim in a sex crime and my parents strongly tell the DA that we will not except no type off plea bargain that we want to go to trial can the DA ignore my parents wishes and except a plea any way

Unfortunately, yes; however you can attend plea hearing (victim impact statement) and ask the Judge NOT to accept plea because ...
You may have to politely interrupt the proceedings by saying "Your honor, I am the victim of this sexual assault, may I be heard?" BEFORE the Court agrees to accept the plea.
