Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I have violated my probation by not reporting every month and also not paying my fine. I mailed in my fine and probation cost for the time I missed. I know I have a warrant for violating probation. Is there anyway I can get the warrant lifted without going to jail for violating?

Since a person facing jail obviously needs a lawyer, your questions need to be addressed to your lawyer. A guess here won't do you any good.
