Waive Recorders Court Hearing
what does it mean if someone waives their right to a Recorders Court Hearing, enters NO plea?
this person addmitted guilt to a fatal hit and run accident and other charges, what happens next?

It could be the same as a Nolo Contendere plea. Basically the person makes no contest, but on the other hand one cannot use the no contest action as an admission. How are you related to the decendent? Is there a wrongful death claim being pursued?
