Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
im walking down the road while a bust is going on,the police say you look like u suppose to be over here whats your name. i give my name and reply i Dont even know the people that stays at this house so im not going in,they take me in anyway and ask do anyone know me and he reply no so he take me off the cuffs and say you can go but im keeping your phone. a property sheet was left but my phone was not on the list. what are my rights and how can i get my phone back?
