Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I wanted to ask does my husband have a case if he was put on sex offender registry by a probation officer three years after his sentence and was not an order from the court. We are in the process removing his name off the registry, and found out after ten years he was not suppose to be registering.

You need to consult with a local attorney who can document what you have stated. It may well be that your husband was not treated properly, but it is impossible to tell without seeing the documents.
