Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
have a warrant.. the alleged "crime" took place 3 years ago. Is there a statute of limitations for this to go away?

You have a "warrant". You need to contact a criminal "lawyer" ASAP. Or you will be in "jail" very soon.
