Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Warrant for arrest Probation
I was placed on probation in clayton county georgia for theft by recieving in 2000. I moved to florida to attend college. I recently got applied for a teaching job in Miami and my Background check revealed that there is a warrant for my arrest for voliating probation. Is there any way to fix this matter without going to jail and can this procedure be done in under 45 days
