Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
When a warrant is issued by the state, why is not served? My son had a warrant issued against Him in Oct. 09, he was stopped for a traffic violation in Jan. 10 and the warrant was executed. He lost his job, but the charges was dropped. Is there any legal action that can be taken against the state for not doing there job

They obviously did their job. People charged with crimes won't often have a legal claim because they were not arrested.
